IBT Media Unifies Newsweek's Global Editions

IBT Media, a global news organization, today announced that Newsweek's EMEA (Europe/Middle East/Africa) edition will now fall under the guidance of the U.S. team and Editor in Chief, Jim Impoco. Newsweek's London-based staff will report to the New York City-headquartered newsroom that will handle editorial management and production operations for the US, EMEA and Asia editions.

Looks count and first impressions matter. How products are judged by their many differing attributes - not least fitness for purpose, consistent reliability and value for money - will determine the extent to which they build market share on an ongoing basis. Prior to that, however, it will probably be a particular spot colour, a distinctive font, or else the artful application of a metallic ink on the exterior of the pack that initiates the relationship between a brand and a consumer.

GOA Announces Call for Speakers for the 41st Annual Conference and Exhibition in Miami Beach

Deadline for session proposals is July 31, 2015

Graphics of the Americas (GOA), produced by the Printing Association of Florida, today announces its annual call for speakers. Known as the "Gateway to Latin America", where crowds attend from North America, Central America, South America and the Caribbean; the 41st anniversary show takes place on February 18-20, 2016 at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The deadline to receive proposals is July 31, 2015.
