Mobile Advertising Spend Expected To Reach $18 Billion In 2014 - WDAS Signs Its Second License Agreement In Mobile Advertising And CellAd Exhibits At ad:tech, San Francisco

World Assurance Group Inc.(OTC Pink: WDAS) today announces that World Global Group Inc. (WGG), a WDAS wholly owned subsidiary based in Miami, Florida, has acquired the license for AdKash, which now has over 162,000 downloads and that its other wholly owned subsidiary, CellAd Inc. will be exhibiting at the ad:tech digital marketing conference being held on March 26th and 27th, 2014.

WGG has now completed its second licensing agreement in the area of mobile advertising. This agreement secures for WGG the rights to the android advertising display app, AdKash, and the underlying advertising platform, which serves advertisements worldwide and manages AdKash user balances.

AdKash is the first app of its kind to directly reward users for viewing advertisements on their mobile devices every time they receive a call or text message. Google statistics now confirm that the AdKash app has exceeded 162,000 downloads.

According to Gartner, the world's leading information technology research and advisory company, "Mobile Advertising Spending Will Reach $18 Billion in 2014" and "All regions of the world will experience strong growth in mobile advertising spend, although North America is where most of growth will come from, due to the sheer scale of its advertising budgets and their shift to mobile."

CellAd will be exhibiting at ad:tech, Moscone West, San Francisco next week to meet with US brands and ad partners who wish to advertise on AdKash.

Mr. Sean McVeigh, CEO of CellAd, said, "I am personally looking forward to meeting new and existing advertising partners at our Booth NX1, Moscone Center West, San Francisco next week. We had a highly successful exhibition at ad:tech, New York last November. Now that our technology is proven and we have users in over 120 countries, we are looking to secure appropriate US based advertising partners to enable us to open up AdKash to American users so they can make money as we capture a share of the growing North American mobile advertising spend."

Mr. Fabio Galdi, CEO of WDAS, said, "This licensing agreement consolidates our position in the rapidly growing mobile advertising sector.  I am confident that AdKash will soon present new opportunities in mobile advertising for our existing partners, now that we have completed this licensing agreement."
