Record-breaking building wrap in UAE produced on EFI VUTEk

Al Shatha lHigh quality printing and designs are one of the hallmarks at Sakshi Advertising & PR that has also produced the country's 2nd largest rectangular signage

13,110 square meters wrap around a building – this job has brought Sakshi Advertising & PR from Dubai another record title – biggest building wrap in the UAE. Produced on an EFI VUTEk, on one-way vision material from 3M, the company has once more excelled and extended its reputation.

As if that is not enough, Sakshi has also produced the 2nd largest rectangular sign in a single piece with a size of 140 x 12.5 m alongside the Garhoud Bridge – one of the best-known and busiest bridges in Dubai.
Founded in 1996 in Dubai, Sakshi Advertising & PR is a full serviced advertising and PR agency that also has an established production site in Sharjah, UAE. This production unit is where most of the clients orders are processed maintaining high standards and in order to meet the requirements of the customers. Currently, the company has 45 employees at its head office and production site as well as at a further eight offices it has all over India, serving many blue chip clients from the region and abroad.
"For us, quality is the most important factor in business. Our clients expect us to deliver exceptional and market-impacting campaigns, products and results", says Atul Dhawan, CEO from Sakshi Advertising & PR. "Therefore we are always looking for excellent solutions that not just match but outperform our clients' wishes. The key to our success has been and always will be dedication, passion, commitment and quality services – our clients expect no less from us."
"When we bought our first EFI VUTEk printer in 2005, we already were hunting for five years for a large format printer that we could afford and that matched our requirements", says Atul Dhawan. "The machine has low operating costs, no other company could match this offer and thus I bought it. I always buy when I find a match that fits into our operations."
DSC00722f lSakshi produces a lot of different indoor- and outdoor signage on its VUTEk large format printers. "Most jobs are vehicle graphics, banners, roll-ups, vinyl stickers, but also reverse double sided printing", states Atul Dhawan. "As a full service agency we engage in all kinds of PR, media buying and event management including balloon advertising, signage, wide format digital graphics, silk screen and offset printing, POP and POS materials, display and exhibition stands among others. For us the highest priority is quality, then price and then service. And all that fits with our EFI VuteK presses. About 90 % of the jobs are coming from our own agency which means that the high quality and experience we have in the agency field needs to be reflected in our printed projects."
At its production site in Sharjah two operators and 5 helpers work on the EFI VUTEk press, that runs like a true workhorse, and also handles the finishing of the jobs. "The machine does not need much service – maybe 2 to 3 times in the last 8 years. We have the machine running continuously for 20 days for big projects and its usability is very good. The ROI with a payoff within 2 years is okay for us so we are very happy with our EFI VUTEk. We have a yearly production of about 50,000 to 80,000 square meters on the wide format printers," says Atul Dhawan. All in all 18 employees are working at the Sharjah production site where Sakshi produces and finishes the orders. "With Saga Digital, whose employees are known to me for some time, EFI has got themselves a good distributor that offers us services such as local support and backup as we require."
