The network-extension of the largest parts-distributor network PartsGroupEurope (PGE) with the South African company SPL, based in Johannesburg/SouthAfrica, will increase its country-coverage from 25 european countries today, by the region wide coverage for MiddleEast a & Africa also, from now on.

With the integration of SPL into the existing PGE-network, a lot of outstanding synergy-effects and many lucrative possibilities of common customer- and manufacturer-relationships are given for the entire network. Since more than 25 years, SPL is serving the markets in MiddleEast & Africa not just with distribution as an authorized parts-reseller for HP, Lexmark, Toshiba and many others, they are offering also a well established "reverse logistic & warranty management" for various global brands.
Beside the essential high availability in the parts-business (more than 180.000 parts stocked at PGE in EMEA), also different delivery-methods and commissioning-solutions as well as related RMA-processes are taking more and more an important role. So called safety-stocks or consignment-stocks – direct at the customer-side if needed- are helping within the network, to get this most critical tasks done.
More than 20 official manufacturer authorizations as parts-reseller from all main IT-brands ((Acer, Brother, Canon, Compaq, Fujitsu, HP, IBM, Kyocera, Lexmark, Lenovo, Olivetti, OKI, Samsung, Xerox and many others) helps PGE today, to offer their services in more than 40 countries all over Europe, MiddleEast & Africa.
