RISI, the leading information provider for the global forest products industry, today announced that the PPI Awards 2014 will take place October 8, 2014 in Boston, MA. The awards presentation, which honors accomplishments in the forest products industry, will be held on the first day of RISI's North American Outlook Conference.
Each year, RISI honors leadership, vision, innovation and strategic accomplishments of companies, mills and individuals within the forest products industry. These are the only global awards dedicated to recognizing these achievements in the pulp and paper sector.
A panel of expert independent judges will select the finalists in each category. Winners will be presented with their trophies at the 2014 PPI Awards ceremony on October 8, 2014 at the Seaport Hotel in Boston.
