Successful half year of trade shows for THIEME
Following its successful trade show participations at InPrint, Fespa Digital and LOPEC, Thieme can draw very positive conclusions about the interest in the solutions presented, primarily in the new industrial digital printing system.
Purposeful queries by Thieme experts and leading companies of the most diverse industrial sectors emphasise the great interest in Thieme's industrial printing solutions – both in digital printing and screen printing.
It was not just the exhibited machines here, notably the THIEME 3020D or the LAB Digital laboratory and development platform, but rather Thieme's overall approach to the topic of digital printing, which essentially differs from the competitor types, turns the complete digital printing market system upside down and offers innovators incredible opportunities: The industrial machine can be operated with various powerful ink systems to fulfil the task at hand. The Thieme customer can purchase the matching inks directly from the independent ink manufacturers. Thieme accompanies the customer in the selection and approval and enables access to ink systems which have already been approved.
The system solution developed by Thieme in the area of digitally printed membrane keyboards which after digital printing are further processed using the screen printing method, was well received. Our development partners in the demanding and completely coordinated process (machine concept, membrane and ink) for the digital printing of membrane keyboards include the ink manufacturer Mankiewicz and the foil specialist Folex.
New development step THIEME 500D
Most of the interested parties are seeking an expandable entry into digital printing technology with all conceivable degrees of freedom.
Consequentially, the Thieme engineers have developed an additional series within a very short time, the Thieme 500 D – a sustainable and robust digital printing machine. The height-adjustable vacuum printing table introduced in this connection allows for the printing of rigid and flexible materials from the most diverse industrial sectors with up to 50 mm in height. Some typical fields of usage for the THIEME 500 D include the printing of decorative industrial products made from the most diverse materials such as input systems or component printing.
The THIEME 500D offers the technical screen printer a reliable entry into industrial digital printing. Knowledge gained about this can later be reliably transferred to all THIEME digital printing series such as the THIEME 3000 D.
The THIEME 500D now provides the market with a powerful industrial printing machine for the format 400 x 600 mm at a very attractive price.
