TrojanLabel Launches TrojanTwo

Mini Label Digital Press Powered By Memjet Technology

New mini digital label press introduces expanded functionalities and affordability to high-quality, full-color label printing
TrojanLabel, manufacturer of full color label printers, today announced the availability of its next generation printing press, the TrojanTwo, powered by Memjet's industry leading label printhead technology. Memjet is the global leader in digital color printing technologies bringing high speed and affordability to the label printing industry.

The TrojanTwo is an affordable mini-label digital press, characteristic of the larger and more expensive systems that currently exist in the market, but contained into a compact footprint. The press was designed with label converters in mind and runs larger volumes printing up to 60ft/minute (18M/min) with a high 1600 x 1600 dpi resolution. The label press also includes a self-predictive servicing system, which maximizes up-time and lowers manual intervention. The new maintenance system was developed in-house by TrojanLabel using sophisticated usage algorithms.

"We saw strong interest in TrojanOne, due to its robust feature set and affordable pricing. With the launch of TrojanTwo, we offer that same level of affordability, bolstered with increased printing functionalities in a more compact size," said Mikkel Wichmann, CEO of TrojanLabel. "Memjet technology offers us a leg up in digital color printing, and jointly we look forward to bringing the TrojanTwo to market."

"With the great success of TrojanOne, we're excited to see the TrojanTwo mini-label press released to the market with the value of Memjet technology in its compact industrial design" said Judd Quimby, VP of business development at Memjet. "As the demand for customized, full-color materials continues to grow, converters and printshops can answer that need without incurring huge capital investment – something the market desperately needs."
