Lauderdale Planation Hotel. Printware will also exhibit at Graphics of the America 2014, February 27-March 1 at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Booth #259 where it has been selected as one of only six Game Changer exhibitors recognized for producing essential, future-oriented solutions for the graphic arts industry by the Printing Association of Florida.
The iJetColor press is a high performance; low total cost of ownership, inkjet digital color press powered by Memjet technology. Two models of the iJetColor Press are available with one designed for envelope and direct mail, and another with features specifically for label and packaging applications. The iJetColor Press was designed with sustainability in mind beginning with the use of aqueous inks. Aqueous ink systems also use significantly less energy than a toner-based printer. iJetColor inks do not need heat to cure or dry as do toner based systems.
The printheads of the iJetColor Press require no special disposal or permits and typically contain less than 0.5 milliliters of ink when removed from the printer. Energy consumption of the iJetColor Press can be as low as twenty-five percent of comparable toner-based systems.
