Trend towards individualisation offers new market potential for providers of printing technology

From 12 to 14 November 2019, InPrint Munich will, once again, take place at the Munich Trade Fair Centre in Germany. InPrint Munich is the central platform for manufacturers and suppliers of printing technology ready to be integrated into industrial production processes. Leading international companies present highly developed technologies and innovative solutions for printing onto diverse materials and surfaces. Eight months ahead of the show, a total of 90 exhibitors from 14 countries have already booked their stand space. Almost half of them are German companies. To date, 70 % of the available stand space at InPrint Munich 2019 has already been booked.

There is a growing demand for bespoke design solutions, limited editions and individualisation of products. Innovative printing technologies, such as digital, inkjet, screen, and speciality printing allow companies in various manufacturing sectors as well as the print industry to gain competitive advantages. These technologies allow for cost-efficient printing onto flat, curved, and cylindric materials and surfaces made of plastic, wood, foil, textiles, glass, ceramics, and metal. Innovative printing applications can be used for functional printing on automotive components, printed electronics, packaging, clothing, and manufacturing of consumer goods as well as decorative finishing of flooring, interior decorations and furnishings.
”Over the past years, InPrint Munich has become the central international trade fair for the segment of print technology for industrial manufacturing. The event stands for the exchange of pioneering ideas, the joint development of concrete solutions, valuable partnerships, and, most importantly, new business opportunities”, explains Nicola Hamann, Managing Director of Mack Brooks Exhibitions, the organisers of InPrint.
Exhibiting companies at InPrint Munich 2019 include adphos Digital Printing GmbH, Agfa, DP Solutions GmbH & Co. KG, FUJIFILM, Global Inkjet Systems (GIS), Hamamatsu Photonics Deutschland GmbH, Dr. Hönle AG, UV Technology, Mankiewicz Gebr. & Co. (GmbH & Co.
