International Display Advertising's Launch Expands Globally By Signing LOI For Developing Display Points Network In South Africa

International Display Advertising, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IDAD) ("Display Ads") The Company is pleased to announce that IDAD has signed an LOI with Bamboo Beat Media (BBM) to develop a Display Points network in South Africa (SA). Located in Durban, SA, BBM is a national provider of digital signage throughout the country. BBM was created in 2008 to meet the growing demand for digital signage in South Africa and specializes in digital Menu Boards, Video Walls, Promotional Displays, Touch Screens, Augmented Reality Boards, Transparent Displays, Shelf Talkers and various sizes of LED Billboards. Due to its proven operating and technical capabilities along with marketing reach, IDAD has chosen BBM to be the exclusive Licensee for Display Points table top units in SA.

Under the terms of the agreement with BBM, IDAD's projections indicate there will be 3,500 secured locations with the Display Points Table Top Units by the end of the third year of operations producing total annual gross proceeds to IDAD of approximately $5 million USD. This projected revenue flow after the first five years of operations from South Africa alone will provide over $18 million USD to IDAD.

Additionally, IDAD has ongoing negotiations with other major groups internationally and domestically in the US. Talks are continuing between Display Points and major US corporations which include a media and entertainment conglomerate and a US based international restaurant chain, both of which will contribute greatly to the international sales potential and earnings of IDAD. Discussions are advancing with a national media advertising firm to represent IDAD's Display Points throughout the entire U.K. and then onto to the rest of Europe. Similar dialogue is progressing and nearing the point of signing a letter of intent to develop Display Points in locations all through Mexico and then to continue on to Central and South America.,

To put IDAD's revenue earning potential into perspective, SA is a country with a population of 48.6 million, annual Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of $384 billion USD and an annual per capita income of $11,600 USD. Based on this relatively small economy ranked to be only 26(th) worldwide, it provides annual income of $5 million USD to IDAD based on conservative projections. The annual GDP of the UK is $2.44 Trillion USD and Mexico's is 1.2 Trillion USD with both of these countries having a combined GDP of over nine times of that of South Africa's.
