MAX International Converters, Inc., is proud to announce that they have received a patent for their signature peel-away security covering for a ticket. The new patent, U.S. #9,978,212 B2, was issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is effective immediately.
The newly issued patent covers the invention of a peel-away ticket designed for the gaming industry. The first ticket is run through a printer that prints and cuts variable length strips while concealing the printed information with a second ticket coated with a “removable and restickable” adhesive. The ticket is then presented to the end user who can easily reveal the confidential information by peeling off the top layer.
As MAX International continues to see tremendous growth in 2018, the new patent demonstrates a continued commitment to innovation in the labeling and ticketing market. MAX International also produces MAXStick® liner-free labels under a licensing agreement with MAXStick® Products Ltd. With the addition of U.S. #9,978,212 B2, the two companies now have a total of four patents. These patents protect MAX International and MAXStick® Product’s intellectual property and form the foundation of its signature labeling and ticketing products.
This patent was developed in partnership with principles at Technology Exclusive, Inc. and B K Concepts, LLC.
