This year Henkel is showcasing numerous innovations and proven adhesives systems with live presentations at its stand at the Interpack trade show. The subjects covered include food-safe packages and a pioneering adhesives application system that Henkel has developed in cooperation with machine manufacturer Nordson.
On Friday, May 9 (11.30 am – 12.00 noon), Jan Hunke (Henkel) and Georg Gillessen (Nordson) will be reporting on the jointly developed Freedom System.
This presentation will be repeated on Monday and Tuesday, May 12 and 13 (2.30 – 3.00 pm on both days). The Freedom System is a combination of specially developed hotmelts and high-grade applicators. Customers benefit enormously from the system thanks to the manifold freedoms that have given the innovation its name.
Focus on Food Safety
On Monday, May 12 (11.00 – 11.30 am and 2.00 – 2.30 pm), Dr. Monika Tönniessen (Henkel) will be speaking on ways of improving food safety. On Tuesday, May 13 (11.00 – 11.30 am and 2.00 – 2.30 pm), Dr. Matthias Frischmann (Henkel) will be lecturing on the detection of migrating substances in food packages.
