Sustainable Foods Summit Europe Agenda Unveiled

The European edition of the Sustainable Foods Summit will feature new technologies, food ingredients, and green packaging. For the first time, the executive summit will discuss the disruptive influence of new technologies on sustainable food production and marketing. The programme comprises four sessions with distinct themes.


German Packaging Award 2019 is under way

The German Packaging Award is the largest European showcase for innovations within the packaging industry. It is awarded across all material and industry sectors in nine categories and is under the patronage of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. The host is the German Packaging Institute (dvi). Companies, institutions and individuals from home and abroad can submit their best solutions from 1 March to 30 June 2019. The award ceremony and presentation will take place as part of a special industry event at FachPack 2019 in Nuremberg.

ICE Awards 2019: Online voting now open

For the second time, ICE Europe, the World’s Leading Exhibition for the conversion of paper, film, foil and nonwovens, which will take place from 12 – 14 March 2019 in Munich, Germany, will honour outstanding achievements in the converting industry with the ICE Awards. ICE Europe’s innovation competition will honour best practice, excellence, innovation and extraordinary achievements in four categories. Visitors can now vote for their favourites through an online voting on the ICE Europe website.
