Bynder Announces Release of Bynder Enterprise Cloud Brand Portal 4.0

On 12th February 2014 Bynder announced the release of a new version of its web-based asset bank - the "Bynder Enterprise Cloud Brand Portal 4.0". The update expands the functionality of the Bynder database to include Marketing Resource Management (MRM) components.

With version 4.0, Bynder extends its digital asset management solution to now also feature MRM modules, thus catering to clients who wish to further optimise and automate management of their marketing.

These new features are available to both SMB's and multinational corporations. Enterprise Cloud offers extensive web-based brand management tools accessible solely through the Cloud. Of Bynder's existing clients, two multinational corporations in the Fortune Global 500 and several SMB's have thus far decided to adopt the Bynder Enterprise Cloud, live as of 31st January 2014.

Bynder Enterprise Brand Portal

The new MRM modules extend the functionalities of the previous Bynder Media Cloud, a usability-focused web-based Digital Asset Management software tool. Workflow Management, Publishing on Demand and Brand Identity Guidelines are the key new features of the Bynder Enterprise Cloud. The three features can be added on to a new or existing DAM module subscription either individually or in a bundle.

Bynder's Workflow Management module can be used to better coordinate between media production, and design and approval. With Workflow, each step and sub-step in the media creation process can be coordinated through an easy-to-use "Review and Approve" functionality.

Publishing on Demand compliments the Workflow Management feature by enabling quick creation of media for publication such as flyers, banners, and business cards. The entire process is done through a user's web browser. The completed publication is then sent directly to be printed.

Bynder's Brand Identity Guidelines is the hub of a company's branding. It informs both employees and external partners about the most up to date information on branding policies and style guides.

Bynder Enterprise Cloud also aims to seamlessly integrate existing DAM functionalities with API's and an assortment of plugins to simplify the syncing of Bynder with Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems such as Typo3.
