Toshiba Solutions Offer Enhanced Customer Experience to Embrace the Future of Retail

New demonstrations at Retail's Big Show 2015 focus on mobility, omni-channel, customer experience

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, the global market share leader in advanced point of sale technology, will showcase its award-winning portfolio of Point of Sale solutions at Retail's Big Show, #NRF15. Solutions from Toshiba Global Commerce, as well as solutions from the broader Toshiba companies including Toshiba TEC and Toshiba America Business Solutions (TABS) can be found at NRF booth 1543.

Recognizing that retailers must undergo a major transformation in order to support a true omni-channel customer experience, and embrace the future of retail, TCxGravityTM Version 2 is launching at NRF. The new version aligns the TCxGravityTM platform with TCxGravityTM LINK to afford retailers the flexibility to take an evolutionary approach to omni-channel capabilities while preserving their investments on existing Toshiba applications.

A recent addition to the TCxWaveTM family, TCxWaveTM Model A30, brings the retail-hardened, award-winning design of the original TCxWaveTM to a smaller footprint, while offering a consistent and unique brand experience throughout the customer's shopping journey. Generally available today, the new TCxWaveTM A30 is gaining customer traction across numerous industries including restaurants, casinos and mass merchants.

Strategic investment is also being highlighted in the Toshiba Grocery and Mass Merchant Application, with Electronic Payment Support and a flexible new payments architecture for SurePOSTM Application Client/Server Environment V7.5.

Demonstrations of the vast retail innovation of the broader Toshiba companies are also available at Toshiba booth 1543, including Toshiba Digital Receipt, Toshiba One2One Flyer (both leverage a personalized recommendation engine) and Eco Print solution, Multi-function Printer, and the ElluminaTM digital signage line, which includes the VirtuosoTM and Experience ManagerTM.
