Close to home: Once again this year, LPKF will present state-of-the-art laser technology at Hannover Messe. At Stand E63 in Hall 17, the specialist for micro material processing will exhibit systems for mass production and PCB prototyping as well as LDS technologies for production of three-dimensional molded interconnect devices.

The LDS process has captured a huge share of the market for smartphone and tablet antennas. The 3-D technology is gaining ground in the LED, medical, and automotive industries. With the special ProtoPaint LDS for producing conductor tracks from a spray can, the ProtoLaser 3D, and ProtoPlate LDS metallization, LPKF offers a complete process for producing LDS prototypes - ideally in just one day.

As an all-rounder, the LPKF ProtoMat S63 is capable of structuring circuit boards without using etching chemicals and is suitable for almost all applications related to in-house PCB prototyping. Thanks to the increased spindle speed of 60,000 rpm and sophisticated software, it can be used for milling and drilling of PCBs and machining of housings.

With the PowerWeld 2000, a multitalented product for laser plastic welding will be in the spotlight at the stand. Depending on the version, the stand-alone system can be used for small-, medium-, or large-scale production.

In addition, application specialists will be on hand to provide information on laser systems for mass production of printed circuit boards, for example, for depaneling, production of solder paste stencils, or stress-free cutting of delicate flexible foils.

As a special feature, HR specialists will be at the stand in the afternoons to answer questions about working at LPKF. They will offer an informal first contact and supply information on career prospects and opportunities in our high-tech company.
