World novelty, for the first time the post-processing for SLS plastic was solved in a fully automatic machine.

Bring the entire contents of the printing compartment into the PULVERMEISTER Type2 at once and start the fully automatic machine.

On average, the entire process takes about 1 hour. The respective duration varies depending on the components. No manual work is necessary during the unpacking process. All parameters can be optimized and stored for the respective printing compartment at the Siemens SPS control. If the same printing compartment is to be unpacked again, the parameterization can be called up and the same standardized quality can be delivered again and again for this printing compartment.

A PULVERMEISTER Type2 can handle several printing compartment per day, such as an EOS P110. With an estimated construction and cooling time of a total of 2 days to create one printing compartment, ten x P110 machines can easily be operated with one PULVERMEISTER Type2. This creates investment security and scalability from the first PULVERMEISTER Type2.

PULVERMEISTER Type2 is manufactured entirely in the Aschaffenburg region and meets the quality standards of German mechanical engineering. PULVERMEISTER Type1 is already used productively for the entire processing of laser-sintered plastic parts from Badass eBikes GmbH. The knowledge gained from this has been incorporated into the design of the PULVERMEISTER Type 2.

The PULVERMEISTER is a real quantum leap in the post-processing of laser-sintered plastic parts. For the first time a standardized industrial series production with SLS in plastic is possible.
