PrinterLogic Named One of Utah's Best Companies to Work For by Utah Business Magazine

PrinterLogic, a leading innovator in enterprise print management software solutions, today announced it has been named one of Utah Business magazine's Best Companies to Work For in 2018. Each year, Utah Business selects top ranking businesses based on a rigorous examination of company attributes, such as employee benefits, working conditions, company culture, opportunities for growth and overall employee satisfaction.

"We are extremely honored to receive this award," said Ryan Wedig, president and CEO of PrinterLogic. "Our people are our inventory. The happier and more satisfied they are with their working environment, the better PrinterLogic is going to be. If we create an environment that is fun and exciting, and make them feel like they are part of something interesting, not only can we attract the best talent but it makes the people who are already here that much more engaged. This is important if you're going to build a leading technology company."

Each year, Utah Business recognizes a select group of local businesses as Utah's Best Companies to Work For. Companies are selected through a thorough examination based on detailed information provided on their employee programs and benefits. Anonymous surveys were then given to company employees, asking them to comment on benefits, management, working conditions, culture, opportunities for growth and overall satisfaction.

PrinterLogic offers a number of unique employee benefits that were highlighted in this year's selection process, including paid service days, company sponsored community classes and events, casual dress code and family activities at work.

Companies were divided into categories based on the number of full-time employees, and awards are given based on company size: micro, small, medium, large and extra large.
