C&T Channel Matrix, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of creasing matrix, has recently brought together a brand new and comprehensive range of cutting plates, ejection rubbers and accessories for die makers, box makers and print finishers, whatever their requirements.
New steel cutting plates available in a full range of sizes that are suitable for Bobst, or similar machines, form the backbone of the new collection. These are OEM quality and available in soft (20 Rockwell), medium (38 Rockwell) and hard (48 Rockwell) variants.
A full portfolio of Plastic Parts used by die makers, include, ‘Carrots’, Centre Line Blocks and Edge Protectors have also been added into stock.
C&T Channel first started making ejector profile rubber around 40 years ago and its newly extended range includes rubber profiles for SOLID BOARD and CORRUGATED BOARDS. What’s more, C&T Channel has added new ‘Open Cell’ and Vulkollan rubber sheets in a range of heights and shore hardness. It also has the engineering ability in the UK to produce exact prototype rubber profiles within one week for customer specific requests. This capability is the reason why over 60% of C&T Channel’s range consists of ‘customer led’ bespoke rubbers, designed specifically to meet individual needs.
Finally, C&T Channel is proud to announce that they have been appointed a distributor of the VOSSEN patch up tape range. This world renowned range perfectly complements the C&T Channel accessories range.
