Almost 40 years of UV-experience have made German Dr. Hönle AG an unique specialist for UV curing technology. At ICE Asia, Hönle displays an assortment of their broad spectrum of UV curing products, which spreads from conventional UV over inert UV to UV-LED tech- nology. These products are applied for a great variety of coating and finishing applications, worldwide, e.g. the finishing of technical foils which are used for mobile displays or LCD monitors to achieve a better scratch resistance or different optical functions.
One of the show highlights is the high-performance dryer pureUV. Its patented reflector geometry allows highest UV intensity at minimum heat impact to the substrate. This highly efficient UV unit is also perfectly apt for inert applications.
Further highlights are the jetCure-series for excellent curing results, even at high production speeds, and the LED Powerline which offers all advantages of the seminal UV-LED technology.
