Biomerics, a leading provider of medical polymers, is pleased to announce that Formulance has been named a distributor of its specialty medical grade thermoplastic polyurethanes in Europe.
Formulance will distribute Biomerics full line of medical grade thermoplastic urethanes including Quadrathane™, Quadraflex™, and Quadraplast™. Biomerics medical thermoplastic urethanes are used in a variety of medical device applications including vascular access catheters, introducers, drainage catheters, interventional radiology devices, fluid management products, coatings, balloons, and wound care.

The Quadra Family of biomaterials are available in a wide range of hardness, colors, and radiopacifiers. They are specifically engineered to meet the demanding quality and biocompatibility requirements of the medical device market and are ISO-10993 and USP Class VI compliant. Biomerics and Formulance will provide a standard stocking program for the most common material grades and will offer full service compounding and process support for custom applications.
