NoeCha has successfully launched its new wide format industrial UV digital press named NoeCha1

altNoeCha srl, an Italian based company, organized last Friday an event in its facility to officially launch its new revolutionary wide format UV flatbed printer, NoeCha1. The company and the printer were presented to the press as well as to a group of 20 printing companies from all over Europe.

The afternoon started with a conference where the management of NoeCha presented the organization and their new core product. Renato Guerini and Luca Ungarelli from the company O35 Investimenti, based in Bergamo, Italy, explained the motivations that have brought 035 Investimenti to invest capital in NoeCha: the focus on R&D and the outstanding results already achieved in terms of product development, the experienced management and the ambitious business plan to achieve 100 millions euro revenues within 5 years. Jörg Kutzner from Kyocera Fineceramics GmbH described the technical specifications of Kyocera printhead technology used in NoeCha1 and spoke about the exiting and promising collaboration between both companies.

altIt is definitely the live demonstration of NoeCha1, following the conference, which has convinced the audience about the outstanding and unique performances of the machine. Indeed NoeCha1 has a native resolution of 600 Dpi x 600 Dpi (in single pass) and is working with 4 grayscale levels from 3 pl., the smallest drop size on the market, to 14 pl. This is why the printer delivers photo-realistic quality and readable text up to type 1. NoeCha1 can be configured according to the production needs of the customer. The various configurations can guarantee production speed from 120 m2/h up to 600 m2/h keeping the same level of extremely high quality. The press is equipped with a large vacuum table of 320 cm x 200 cm to cover a wider range of applications. The incredible ratio quality/productivity combined with the industrial design of the machine make it unique in the market. Mauro Oliva, CEO of Alpac Srl, Italy, said: "I've been very impressed on what I saw. NoeCha1 is a real industrial machine printing with a quality and at a speed that I've never seen before".

The printer is entirely produced in Italy and the company together with its partners is now starting to market it in Europe. "A digital flatbed printer offering such a high quality at production speed certainly represents a great market opportunity, not only on the graphic art market but also on industrial ones. " said Marco Baio, founder of NoeCha.

"The machine has been designed with a special attention addressed to mechanical precision. We have selected the best performing components and applied the highest level of precision, as we understood that this was the only way to achieve a very high quality at important speed. This is also the reason why we feel comfortable to offer 3 years warranty," added Marco Baio.

The event took place in the new headquarters of NoeCha, in Capriate San Gervasio, North Italy, where the company has the production, the administration, the service department and the demo center. The day ended with a nice dinner in a delightful restaurant along the Adda River.

The company is now focusing on the installation of the first units and will be at Fespa, Munich, on the booth of their partner Magenta-Vision, to promote their new revolutionary printer.
