As Innovation Disrupts, Collapses and Transforms, Frost & Sullivan Examines the Way Forward at GIL 2014: Monaco

The congress will explore the very latest in business thinking with a keynote by Mr Jean Castellini Minister of Finance & Economy of the Principality of Monaco

Smart cities, connected living, industry convergence, and business model innovation are important themes that companies struggle to incorporate effectively in their business plans. In recognition of this, Frost & Sullivan brings together a global network of visionaries and thought leaders at its annual Growth, Innovation, and Leadership (GIL) event to see how innovation can be leveraged as a strategic asset. GIL 2014 arrives on the glamorous shores of Monaco on 30 October. The event, set to take place at the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, will be distinguished by a mix of Frost & Sullivan experts and industry visionaries, as well as three high-impact interactive Think Tanks.

In store for delegates at the event are interactive sessions such as the Industry Convergence Think Tank as well as presentations on "Smart Cities & Connected Living" and the "Disrupt, Collapse & Transform" theme, that will give context to the upcoming opportunities for growth. This is crucial as businesses struggle to innovate in exciting ways to leverage trends that are creating widespread disruption, collapsing industries and transforming spaces. The "Excellence in Best Practices Awards Banquet" - that will recognise best-in-class organisations across various sectors - is also part of the proceedings.

Mr Jean Castellini, Minister of Finance & Economy of the Principality of Monaco will kick off the external keynote speeches at GIL 2014: Monaco. Alongside Frost & Sullivan's own thought leaders, eminent industry leaders, namely Mr Martin Peronnet, CEO of Monaco Telecom; Mr Erik Grab, Vice-President of Strategic Anticipation, Innovation & Sustainable Development at Michelin Group and Mr Olivier Courtade, CEO of M2M Solutions will be sharing their visionary perspectives

With its high-powered and diverse mix of speakers, delegates, and best-in-class organisations set to receive industry accolades during the evening Best Practices Awards Banquet, GIL 2014: Monaco presents a uniquely powerful platform to engage in peer-to-peer networking and build commercially valuable relationships across industries.

"This one-day congress is a must-attend event that promises to deliver major value to participants. "Delegates will get a unique opportunity to renew their passion, fuel their creativity, develop a 360 degree perspective of their industry, and gain access to best practices, tools and strategies that will drive growth and inspire innovation," said Senior Partner and Global Head of Growth Consulting Jan E Kristiansen. "With this knowledge, they can effectively benchmark and strengthen their company's strategies and experience new levels of success."
