Decca Design Takes Two in the Summit Emerging Media Awards

According to the Summit International Awards (SIA) organization, "Media is changing rapidly. The Summit Emerging Media Award (Summit EMA) evolved through a need to recognize those pushing the bounds of the communication badlands."

The 2014 Summit EMA competition included over 1,200 entries from numerous countries, including Australia, the UK, Switzerland, Canada, Denmark, Malaysia, the UAE, Thailand, Singapore, and others. Only 7% of entries earned recognition, and two of those were from Decca Design.

Award-winning Entries

Decca entered the recently completed awareness campaign for Teradici. The multi-media campaign was designed to establish Teradici PCoIP Zero Clients as the perfect cloud-enabled enterprise, and to increase evaluation and consideration of PCoIP Zero Clients. Decca used striking graphics and strong messaging for a landing page, email, animated web and mobile banners, e-newsletter graphics, plus Facebook and LinkedIn ad campaigns. The campaign performed well above industry standards, achieving 3 times the expected results within the first 30 days.

The second entry featured a video for Cisco's Distribution Profitability Program. Bold imagery and strong messaging gave this video a contemporary feel. Targeted to Cisco's network of distributors, the video provided an engaging, cost-effective way to communicate key messages and benefits for this global program.

The Leader Award

Both entries won the Leader Award, which gives recognition for directing the movement and helping to lead the industry. As Summit describes it, "These winning entries are pacesetters in all of emerging media."
