Russian converter Pechatny Express – Flexographia confirms its trust in GIDUE brand by installing a further GIDUE press line, a Combat MX2, in its production site in Moscow. The installation of the press has been carried out by the service center of the GIDUE Russian certified distributor GIDUE RUS.
Based in Moscow, the converter Pechatny Express – Flexographia is a long time partner of GIDUE and it represents one of the biggest companies in the Russian overview which is specialized in the production of Labels&Packaging.
This latest installation is just one of the several GIDUE presses that have been installed to Pechatny Express - Flexographia during the last 13 years of cooperation. The partnership with GIDUE started in early 2002 when they decided to add the first GIDUE Flexo press, an S-Combat for labels 280 mm width and 8 printing units, into their machine inventory. The excellent profits reached thanks to this first installation have pushed the company again towards GIDUE Brand and, starting form 2002, they have been continuing to invest in GIDUE technology by purchasing: in 2005 another S-Combat for labels, 280 mm width and 8 printing units and than, in 2008, the third S-Combat, but slightly bigger: 370mm of width and 8 printing stations.
Over the last years, Pechatny Express - Flexographia has gained a great reputation as a reliable manufacturer of high quality products and this is one of the reasons why the most demanding customers order to Pechatny Express the most important jobs. Their production capacity allow to carry out orders from the most simple to the most complicated, since the company is equipped with many flexo printing presses. Furthermore, the usage of the most modern and high-quality printing equipment branded GIDUE, meets the quality standards of Pechatny Express – Flexographia and gives competitive advantages in terms of quality and production's costs, when compared to other manufacturers.
After many years of work focused in the production of labels and after the successful installations of the first 3 GIDUE printing machines, in 2011 Pechatny Express – Flexographia decided to wide its range of products and enter the flexible packaging market by purchasing the first GIDUE M5 370 mm, 10 colors press, integrated with GIDUE advanced system of "digital" control of print pressures and register called Digital Flexo Technology.
GIDUE Digital Flexo™ is an integrated system of revolutionary "digitized" technologies that allows all press operations set up, production and quality control to be performed with no need for manual intervention from the operator, since every operation is fully digitally automated: a digital camera present on each print unit, named Print Tutor™, "reads" the print quality and substitutes the eyes of the operator, while 7 servo-motors substitute the fingers of the operator, digitally adjusting the print pressures and the register. This further upgrade has let Pechatny Express – Flexographia reach even greater success in terms of profits in the Russian market and it is because of the growing Russian market demand that Pechatny Express – Flexographia has now boosted their machine inventory for labels by installing also GIDUE MX2 line. This new flexo printing press is the fifth GIDUE printing machine of this enterprise and it is a Combat MX2 , 370 mm , 8 printing units, 2 die-cutting stations and 360° register.
