Ink and coating specialists will be on hand as INX debuts the Troubleshooting Guide App to help solve common printing problems. As part of the interactive and hospitality experience, the company will also introduce INXDaily and INXTV at the show, which runs from September 28-October 1 at McCormick Place in Chicago.

The INX Troubleshooting Guide App is an impressive step in the right direction to save time for printers. Designed as an instant information resource, the easy-to-use tool recognizes symptoms, determines probable causes and finds solutions for many printing applications. This includes sheetfed; web offset/heatset; UV Flexo, Litho, Hybrid and metal decorating; EB Litho; and 2-and 3-piece metal decorating.
The Troubleshooting Guide App allows printers to select and save the most common printing problems they experience and share it with someone else. It will soon be available for download at iTunes (iOS), Google Play Store (android) and Microsoft (Windows Phone and Windows Surface Tablet) stores.
Customers gaining insight won't be limited to only the Troubleshooting App. At Graph Expo, booth visitors can learn more about INXTV and sign up for INXDaily, the new free daily resource to keep up-to-date on the latest industry news and technology developments.
