With the new material handling system of NoeCha1 the operator is positioning the material onto a preload table. He can load single or multiple sheets up to a maximum height of 180 mm at a time (ex: 60 sheets of 3 mm). The positioning is made easier thanks to registration pins on the table.
The system is than handling the material alone, putting it on the vacuum table to be printed and stacking it on a pallet for easy removal. The solution guarantees minimum downtime related to loading and unloading and increases the real throughput of the machine.
