On May 21st 2014, a symbolic ground breaking event was held by Elopak Canada announcing the construction of a new converting facility.
The new 28 500m2 building will be located at Des Grandes-Tourelles in Boisbriand, representing an investment of $30 million Canadian dollars.
The hand-over of the building to Elopak Canada, who signed a 20 year lease, is expected in December 2014.
Elopak Canada currently in Saint-Leonard, will be moving all of its operations and workforce to the new site. With the addition of new equipment and technology Elopak will significantly increase its manufacturing capacity
