The latest webinar has been designed to bring users up to date with all the general developments that have been added to the recent releases. The webinar also includes lots of hints and tips helping users save time.
Functionality demonstrated in the latest 'What's New...' webinar include:-
Being able to 'attach any external file to any record within the Shuttleworth MIS'. This means that all vital information can be centrally stored and accessed from one database.
New Customer Audit logs - give essential data that is then used to create a 'New Business Dashboard'. The Dashboard shows vital information on new prospect activity and includes a summary of new customers gained each year together with Estimate and Job values.
Communication Look up's - added to the system making it easy to recognise exactly which Contact Name and Company a communication number is associated with.
Shortcuts - added to make it easy to update multiple 'events', print a Job Bag and view Estimated versus Actual Price comparisons.
