Shuttleworth MIS is proud to reveal the details of its brand new technologies to be showcased at IPEX 2014.
Shuttleworth has launched a brand new 'Mobile Stock App' at IPEX. This exciting new app allows users to update stock transactions using a mobile device, a bar code scanner can also be attached if required. The app has been designed to improve stock accuracy, making it easy for users to record stock transactions, whilst minimising errors and providing more accurate analysis.
Users simply scan a barcode directly from the job sheet. The information then allows the user to request and print box or pallet labels and view or load picking or delivery information automatically. The job is booked into stock and can be scanned and moved to different locations. Finally, the call off button allows stock to be added to the picking list with the delivery note printed automatically.
Ø Direct Machine Monitoring
A team of specialist developers 'Shuttleworth Plus' have created and tailored software to record print and finishing machine efficiencies. Using sensors, located on the machines, information is instantly fed back to the MIS allowing users to view performance, machine downtimes, run speeds, make ready and waste.
This automated flow of data enables the printer to monitor real production times, using machine efficiency reports. This in turns allows the user to improve the accuracy of estimates and future costings and identifies areas of inefficiency.

New 'Dashboard' technology, displaying user defined reports, can now be integrated and viewed an iPhone or iPad.
Further recent developments highlighted at IPEX include a fully integrated CRM, a mobile CRM App that can instantly update information plus, real time Dashboards, which display critical 'Key Performance Indicators'. The recently launched job tracking functionality 'Milestones', which makes it quick and easy to view the status of any job in progresses throughout the business will be on show, along with a Production Scheduling module.
