LDK Solar Announces New Module Supply Agreement

LDK Solar CO., Ltd. in provisional liquidation ("LDK Solar" or the "Company") and its joint provisional liquidators ("JPLs"), Tammy Fu and Eleanor Fisher, both of Zolfo Cooper (Cayman) Limited, today announced that its Chinese subsidiary, LDK Solar Hi-Tech (Nanchang) Co., Ltd. ("LDK Solar Nanchang"), has signed a new module supply agreement with Shanghai SNERDI Engineering Consulting & Management Co., Ltd., a leading EPC company in China owned by State Nuclear Power Technology Corporation ("SNPTC").

Under the terms of the agreement, LDK Solar Nanchang will provide modules totaling 60.5 megawatts to SNPTC with shipments commenced recently in connection with a solar project in Xinjiang, China.

"Through provision of our modules to SNPTC for their project in Xinjiang, we continue to demonstrate our commitment to our customers not only in the international markets but also in China's home market," concluded Mr. Tong.
