Agreement forms basis of exclusive distributorship of Kush Bottles' products in Colorado
Kush Bottles, North America's premier supplier of certified, child-resistant packaging and Colorado-compliant Philips Rx Pop Top bottles for the marijuana industry, announced today the formation of an exclusive distribution agreement with Dank Bottles LLC in Denver. The new distributor will be known as "Kush Bottles Colorado."
Ben Wu, CEO of Kush Bottles, said that the partnership was formed with customers in mind. "Colorado is a pioneer in the medical and adult-use marijuana industry. Our partnership with Dank Bottles will best serve this key market by providing better service and product selection to our customers," he stated. "Through this agreement, Colorado customers will be serviced by Dank Bottles and its Denver-based facilities. This provides them with immediate access to our state-approved child-resistant bottles."
Kush Bottles is the exclusive provider of Colorado MED-compliant Philips Rx Pop Top bottles, which have been certified to meet the standards for child resistance as set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission and ASTM, which fulfill the requirements of Title 16 CFR 1700 of the Poison Prevention Packaging Act.
Greg Gamet, a successful Colorado businessman, will be heading the Denver-based group, staffed with experts in child-safe packaging for the marijuana industry.
