CeBIT 2015: TA Triumph-Adler equips the workplace of the future

• Hello Tomorrow: TA Triumph-Adler marks out the route from Managed Print to Managed Information

• New IDC study on the workplace of the future available as of the start of the trade fair

Digitisation and mobility are rapidly changing the world of work. The question of how companies can integrate both of these top trends seamlessly into their document processes is addressed by TA Triumph-Adler GmbH at this year's CeBIT. Under the slogan "Hello Tomorrow", employers and IT decision-makers become acquainted with the tools with which they can set up and accelerate document-based processes even more efficiently. Organisations which would initially like to optimise their print management systems are given a foretaste of new product concepts. The form that the workplace of the future might take has been examined by TA Triumph-Adler together with the market research firm IDC. The results will also be presented in Hanover.

"Hello Tomorrow": At this year's CeBIT, TA Triumph-Adler will be explaining the way to the workplace of the future – in addition, the company will be showing off its skills as a partner for traditional and higher-level small and medium-sized businesses for complete IT outsourcing, as well as for individual document management services. "Our product range is as customised as the processes of our customers are individual," says Christopher Rheidt, Vice President Sales & Service Group at TA Triumph-Adler.

The range of products being presented at the trade fair include, for example, a mobile follow-me printing solution and the fleet management software TA Cockpit with extended green management functions. A further topic of discussion are the more than 30 multifunctional systems, which TA Triumph-Adler will be launching on the market in the coming financial year starting April 2015. "With new A4 and A3 colour systems in the first half of the year we are renewing our portfolio, as well as offering our customers numerous new opportunities for further consolidation," explains Christopher Rheidt. With this, the specialists in document and information management are addressing all companies which have already optimised their output infrastructure by means of Managed Print Services (MPS) and would now also like to improve their document-based processes. The next step will involve their increasing automation and digitisation, including the integration of mobile end devices. "With accurate advice and little additional expenditure, companies can keep their organisation and processes streamlined and concentrate on their core business," adds Christopher Rheidt. "Besides solutions for mobile printing and audit-proof archiving in the cloud using TA Air, we also want to speak to our customers about integrated concepts such as the 'workplace as a service', which comprise the entire IT infrastructure, including the hardware and service."

As an additional trade fair highlight, TA Triumph-Adler are presenting the results of a new study on the workplace of the future which has been carried out together with IDC. Dr. Daniel Wagenführer, General Manager Marketing and Business Development Manager at TA Triumph-Adler, will also be speaking on the subject of the "Future Workplace – Vom Dokumenten Management zu Managed Information" (Future Workplace – From Document Management to Managed Information) in the ECM forum of Bitkom.

TA Triumph-Adler will be presenting its products at CeBIT 2015 in Hall 3, Stand J05.
The White Paper with the results will be available for download from 16 March. The talk on the "Future Workplace – Vom Dokumenten Management zu Managed Information" will be held on Monday, 16 March from 4:30 to 5:00 p.m. in the Bitkom ECM forum in Hall 3.
