Momentive Performance Materials Inc. ("Momentive Performance Materials" or the "Company"), a global leader in silicones and advanced materials, today announced that its U.S. sales company, Momentive Performance Materials USA Inc., has signed new distributorship agreements with three member companies of the KODA Distribution Group (KDG).
The KDG companies will serve as authorized distributors of Momentive Performance Materials' Silanes products.
KDG is a leader in Specialty Chemical Distribution in the U.S. and specializes in providing customers with value-added solutions with a particular focus on the CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers) product line. KDG's network includes three regional distributorships that will represent Momentive Performance Materials' Silanes products including: E.W. Kaufmann Company in the Northeast; GMZ Inc. in the Midwest; and Ribelin Sales, Inc. in the Southeast and Southwest regions.
