MAX International Converter's/MAXStick Products Receives Certification on McDonalds Supplier Workplace Accountability Audit
MAX International Converters Inc. / MAXStick Products Ltd. is pleased to announce it has received certification on the McDonald's Supplier Workplace Accountability Audit.
McDonald's is committed to partnering with socially responsible suppliers and requires an audit via a third party to ensure that the supplier meets the McDonald's code of conduct. The audit, conducted by SGS North America Inc, consisted of employee interviews, inspection of the facilities and a review of company initiatives and policies. Areas of review included Applicable Law and Standards, Child Labor, Compensation and Benefit, Environment, Forced Labor, General Information, Harassment and Abuse, Health and Safety, Management System, Non-Discrimination, Sourcing Practices and Working Hours.
The company received a "No Findings Noted" designation on the audit. The "No Findings Noted" designation, the highest rating available, reaffirms MAXStick Products commitment to its customers, suppliers and employees
