Neschen AG at Fespa 2014: Hall B1, Stand 210
Neschen AG from Bückeburg is celebrating its 125th company anniversary this year and is therefore one of Germany's long-established industrial enterprises. The coating specialist develops and produces a wide variety of innovative, high-quality branded adhesive, protective and display products for customers in the printing and creative industries.
The company from Lower Saxony will be travelling to the Fespa Digital in Munich with a veritable array of products (20 to 23 May, Hall B1, Stand 210) including the innovative self-adhesive digital print media window-grip ultra clear and window-grip white, easy dot 100 and solvoprint easy fix 180 MSP.
Additional highlights are gudy dot based on Neschen's dot technology, the new high-gloss protective and enhancement film filmolux UV ultra gloss with anti-graffiti properties, display systems and media (e.g. citylight superior) plus the light-blocking textile UVtex blockout 290. The Bückeburg company will also be displaying its reliable laminating machines.
The name says it all
The 180 µm monomeric soft-PVC film solvoprint easy fix 180 MSP is the latest generation of quick and easy-to-apply self-adhesive print media. Due to its stiffness and high material strength, it can be applied just as easily, and without bubbles and wrinkles, as the media based on Neschen's tried-and-tested dot technology. It has a high covering property (the opacity has been improved yet again) and an optimised white tone. The film thus ensures brilliant and intensive colour printing in top photo quality.
The surface of solvoprint easy fix 180 MSP is completely smooth. It can be printed with (eco-) solvent, latex and UV-curable inks and is easily removable from most surfaces. The self-adhesive film is ideal for indoor applications and short-term outdoor applications, for example attention-grabbing point of sale (POS) promotions, trade-fair stand construction, events or on shop windows. solvoprint easy fix 180 MSP is available in a roll size of 137.2 cm (width) by 50 metres (length).
Glue-free yet still sticks
Although it is glue-free, the self-adhesive digital print film solvoprint window-grip ultra clear sticks to all smooth surfaces of glass, metal or other materials. It is ideal for windows, mirrors or flat screens and users can easily apply it and then remove and reposition it without any loss of adhesive strength and without leaving any residue. The highly transparent polyester adhesive film window-grip ultra clear gives the best printing results with (eco-) solvent-, latex- and UV-curable inks or in UV offset printing.
In view of the high demand, solvoprint window-grip ultra clear is now available in two new dimensions. In addition to the 127 centimetre-wide roll, Neschen now offers the adhesive film in a 106.7 cm-width and a 137.2 centimetre-width. The roll length has been increased to 50 metres for the two new versions and for the 127-centimetre-width version, the length remains at 30 metres. For screen and offset printing, the product is also available in sheets measuring 70 x 100 centimetres. Neschen will also be presenting a white version: solvoprint window-grip white and printlux window-grip white.
Dot technology for broad and narrow applications
With gudy dot, a solution for self-adhesive applications, adhesive dots can be applied all over a medium using substrate-free transfer technology. The product can be applied quickly and easily with either a primary charge hand roller (PCR), a squeegee or simply by hand on smaller surfaces and for broader applications or large numbers of surfaces, it can be applied professionally with a laminating machine. gudy dot tape is ideal for strips, especially for narrow applications.
The film can be applied bubble and wrinkle-free on virtually all surfaces thanks to the air spaces. Users can use gudy dot to give a flexible self-adhesive finish to a wide variety of products - from photos and posters to large-format prints. This adhesive technology is therefore ideally suited to trade-fair stand construction, shop window displays or decorations, for example at the point of sale.
Dot adhesive: easy to apply and easy to remove
The self-adhesive digital print film easy dot 100, like gudy dot but with dot adhesive, is also exceptionally easy to work with. Even inexperienced hands can achieve a perfect finish, free of bubbles and wrinkles. Thanks to the air spaces, the film can be repositioned and the adhesive process corrected on nearly all surfaces. Printed back-to-front, the transparent version solvoprint easy dot 100 clear can even be used on glass surfaces for shop window advertising, applied to the inside of the window. At the end of the event or marketing promotion, users can simply remove the easy dot 100 film again without leaving any residue.
The Fespa Digital, the largest international event with a focus on large-format digital printing, signage and clothing decoration, takes place in Munich from 20 to 23 May 2014. Neschen AG will be showcasing its products at a stand (Hall B1-210) which will be furnished exclusively with its own digital print media and display systems.
