NEWSCYCLE announces 2014 Customer Conferences to be held in Minneapolis in September and Copenhagen in November

iConnectSolutions brings together NEWSCYCLE customers from across the Americas; NEWSCYCLE customers from EMEA will meet in Denmark

Following last month's acquisition of MediaSpan, NEWSCYCLE Solutions (NEWSCYCLE) announces its user community, iConnectSolutions, has scheduled the 2014 user group conference for all NEWSCYCLE customers in the Americas.

It will be the first user conference combining customers from all companies that formed NEWSCYCLE Solutions in 2013-2014—DTI, SAXOTECH, Atex, Inc., and MediaSpan—and the presentation of the complete set of solutions now under NEWSCYCLE. The conference will be held September 22nd through the 24th in Bloomington-Minneapolis, MN near NEWSCYCLE's new headquarters. A second customer conference is scheduled to be held in Copenhagen, Denmark on November 10th and 11th for NEWSCYCLE customers from Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

"A key pillar of our business strategy is client focus because we know that we can only succeed when we help our customers succeed. The culture of partnership with our customers is perfectly served by an actively engaged user community," said Preston McKenzie, CEO, NEWSCYCLE. "The 2014 customer conferences in Minneapolis and Copenhagen are exactly the kind of events that bring all of us together in a collaborative environment that benefits everyone."

The September conference in Minneapolis will include a reception celebration at NEWSCYCLE's new world headquarters facility, which is scheduled to be fully operational in late July.

NEWSCYCLE has committed to a strong presence at both conferences including product experts, support staff and key executives. Preston McKenzie is scheduled to deliver an opening keynote address which will be followed by a progress report on the company's Roadmap featuring product development news and updates.

"The innovation and growth we need in our businesses depends on our ability to influence and collaborate with the most important software company in our industry. Now that there are even more products and users under the NEWSCYCLE umbrella, it is more important than ever to build and maintain a vibrant user group," said Mary Melone, iConnectSolutions president, and customer service manager at U-T San Diego. "The September conference provides the first opportunity to share ideas and best practices with an expanded group of our peers. We are working hard to create an agenda that has something for everyone including an additional training day where users can receive in-person instruction from NEWSCYCLE product support people."
