RockTenn Announces Dividend; Increases Annualized Dividend by 7 Percent to $0.75 Per Share

RockTenn today reported that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.1875 per share on its Class A Common Stock to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 7, 2014. The dividend, which will be paid on Nov. 17, 2014, represents an annual dividend rate of $0.75 per share.

"The board's action to increase the annual dividend speaks to our continued confidence in the outlook for the business and our commitment to return capital to shareholders," said Steve Voorhees, Chief Executive Officer.
